Price Calculation Policy
- All rates are quoted per person per night on a Full Board basis, including service charges and VAT.
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars and exclude all transfers and tours.
- Nile Cruise reserves the right to increase rates in case of changes in entrance fees, government taxes, or VAT.
- Triple cabins are based on an extra bed added to either a Large or Twin-bedded cabin. Only one extra bed can be accommodated per cabin.
- Cabins are assigned on a run-of-the-house basis.
Children Policy
- Children under 6 years old are accommodated free of charge when sharing a parent’s cabin. An extra bed can be provided for an additional charge of $100 per night.
- Children aged 6 to 11 sharing a parent’s cabin are charged as half adults, with a maximum of one child per cabin.
- Children aged 12 and over are charged the full adult fare.
- If a child aged 6 to 11 is accommodated with only one adult, the cabin will be charged as a Double cabin.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: Not before 12:00 AM
- Check-out time: Not after 8:00 AM
Itinerary
Nile Cruise reserves the right to amend the day-to-day itinerary as required by the Nile authority. Any changes will be notified to the tour operator in advance whenever possible and on a day-to-day basis if necessary, during the cruise with the tour leader/guide onboard.
Payment Conditions
Payment procedures will be sent to you via email with the confirmation message. Please refer to the following payment scale as an example:
- Prior to Departure Date:
- More than 100 days: 25% of the final invoice
- 62-100 days: 50% of the final invoice
- 1-61 days and date of departure: 100% of the final invoice
- The balance due must be paid at least 61 days before your travel. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and cancellation charges.
- If you book within 61 days of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Changing Your Booking
- Changes or additions to your booking can be made, but may not always be possible.
- Requests for changes must be made by the person who made the original booking and may require written confirmation.
- Changes are subject to an administration charge of $30 per person and may incur additional costs due to changes in visa requirements, re-ticketing, or group numbers.
- Changes made within 30 days of departure may not be possible.
- Name changes must match the names on passports and may incur additional charges.
- Name changes for bookings made more than 61 days before departure are subject to a $50 per person administration charge, and $100 per person within 61 days before departure.
Cancelling Your Booking
- To cancel your tour, notify us in writing or by email as soon as possible.
- Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days prior to departure:
- More than 100 days: Free cancellation
- 71-100 days: 50% of the final invoice
- 55-70 days: 75% of the final invoice
- 1-69 days and date of departure or later: 100% of the final invoice
- Cancellation policies of accommodation and travel service providers may affect cancellation charges.
- We may cancel your tour if the minimum number of passengers is not met. In this case, we will offer an alternative tour or a refund.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, or industrial disputes.
Changes to the Scheduled Itinerary
We may make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide advance notification of any significant changes.
Turn Away
Nile Cruise reserves the right to make a turn away in case of overbooking. If this happens, you will be accommodated in a cabin of the same or higher category at the same rates and conditions.
